 Recognised tertiary qualifications in planning or engineering, supported by relevant professional certification or chartership.
 Proven strategic leadership experience in the transport sector - ideally spanning rail, roads, aviation, and maritime.
 Exceptional interpersonal and client-facing skills, with the ability to build trust, strengthen partnerships, and position Arup as a partner of choice.
 A strong track record in leading complex bids and pursuits, including pricing strategies and proposal development that drive successful outcomes.
