Description:
The Team Lead, Employee Central TCM will be responsible for the establishment, run and continuous improvement of the Regional HR Services regarding Employee Central TCM (Tier 2). Employee Central is in charge of consultation and realization for all types of contractual and re-organizational changes alongside the "Employee Life-cycle". In close collaboration with the HRBPs, Team Lead of Employee Central TCM will serve about 6,000 employees within China, Taiwan and Hongkong, in several timezones, within multiple companies. Following the Deployment Roadmap until 2022 the incumbent is responsible for the country-wide integration of all roll-in countries and the management of effective and compliant Employee Central processes providing services to HR customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Accountable for managing the Employee Central team in line with the group-wide HR service delivery model. Providing support to all countries in scope in the respective language (country and language scope increasing with the implementation of the HR@GBS roadmap).
Accountable for the seamless roll-in of the selected BI countries following the Deployment Roadmap until 2022 regarding Employee Central. Ensuring high quality service and day one readiness for every new country rolled in.
Accountable for driving operational excellence within Employee Central teams for the execution of all related end-to-end processes, continuously striving for improvements.
Accountable for leading Employee Central team according to AAI. Selection of leaders according to AAI; plan resources, define capabilities for the different operational teams; steer recruiting, onboarding and training; set up people and leadership development according to HR@GBS People Strategy.
Liase with the respective HR Director/HRBP to ensure operational process excellence adapted to the needs of the region/country in alignment with Regional Service Center Strategy. Provide reliable reports and data to HRBPs and CoEs when required.
Manage the department within the respective budget and monitor performance within the team
Responsible for complaint processing and escalation where necessary
Requirements:
Academic degree in Business or equivalent
Above average expertise in the Traditional Chinese Language (mandarin); Business fluency in English
Leadership experience
Expert knowledge in the field of Employee Administration
Extensive customer orientation, International experience
Ideally work experience in different HR roles
Ability to work across business units /geographies; cultural sensitivity
