HotForex is looking for a Head of Educational Center. HotForex is an award winning forex and commodities broker providing trading services and facilities to both retail and institutional clients. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Sets the strategy and gives direction to the office, both short and long term. Sets up meetings with prospective, new and existing clients Is responsible for the recruitment and selection of all staff Manages performance within the team, setting targets and offer ongoing coaching and training Manages client relations, communication and selection and provides solutions and assistance to clients Evaluates and optimizes client offerings Manages, monitors and analyses clients on a daily basis Be fully aware of the agreements between the Company and the Representative Office Lists all pending matters between headquarters and the Representative Office and correspond with the relevant departments Maintains a productive relationship with the headquarters through on-going communication Monitors the implementation and effectiveness of any procedures / policies agreed between the headquarters and the Representative Office Assists with the planning of corporate events, such as local seminars and expos, in the country where the Representative Office operates Assists with the preparation of procedure manuals for all key company processes, including operational and regulatory (if any) processes, within and across functions as related to the Representative Office Instils the Company's vision and core values to the Representative Office REQUIREMENTS Fluency in English - an additional language will be considered an advantage Experience in Sales and/or Business Development within the FX industry will be considered an advantage Possesses a high level of business acumen Strong communication and organisation skills Able to work in a fast paced environment Be a self-motivated and target orientated individual
