e are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Data Platform and Governance to lead the organizations data management, governance, and reporting initiatives. This role is pivotal in establishing a robust data foundation that enables accurate insights, informed decision-making, and a strong data-driven culture across the company.The ideal candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide data systemsensuring data quality, consistency, and compliancewhile leading a team of data professionals focused on building one trusted source of truth.Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, testing, and optimization of data pipelines, database schemas, and common data models.
Manage issue resolution and escalations related to data quality, access, and reporting.
Define and implement a comprehensive Data Governance framework, including policies, processes, and data standards.
Oversee the architecture, integrity, and performance of data platforms to support business analytics and reporting.
Drive the execution of data programs and initiatives, ensuring delivery against roadmap timelines and KPIs.
Champion a data-driven culture, promoting ownership and literacy across the organization.
Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align data capabilities with business goals.
Support business units with timely and accurate data extraction and reporting needs.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
At least 10 years of experience in IT, data analysis, or data management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience leading data governance, data management, or analytics teams.
Strong technical background in data modeling, database design, and data warehouse platforms.
Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance outcomes.
