The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Creative and Content to lead our design, creative expansion and content production activity in Manila. Working closely with HWW's global hubs/stakeholders as well as the core production teams in Manila, the Head of Creative and Content will:
· be ultimately responsible for brand guardianship across the GDC
· support more complex, judgement based production activity across all media
· support any design and/or creative expansion work across all media
· support the development of our global content initiative
· lead the expansion of our creative capabilities and development of our design teams
· ensure a level of standardisation, where relevant across disciplines for design work
Responsibilities:
· Ensuring all creative and content production is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, point of sale, mobile, video, print and in-person.
· Developing standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, retrieval and repurposing, including the real-time implementation of strategies.
· Leveraging market data to develop themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that leads to critical behavioural metrics.
· Support consistent global experience and implement appropriate localization strategies.
· Exhibit thought leadership in positioning Hogarth WW's approach to creative and content with internal stakeholders
· Communicate regularly with global peers and stakeholders on areas of focus & opportunity as a business to drive global priorities
Requirements:
· Exceptional English language competency - both written and spoken
· Bachelor's degrees in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism or related communications field. MBA in marketing a plus.
· 8-10 years of experience as a respected leader in multichannel creative and/or content creation.
· Experience with creating compelling messages for different target demographics.
· Expertise in all major business software applications (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.).
· HR-related experience including hiring, managing, performance reviews, compensation packages, etc. required.
· Proven experience influencing peers and virtual project teams
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skill set to influence the direction and attainment of objectives
· Experience with complex decision and planning processes
· Ability to present, teach, coach and mentor colleagues
· Ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups
· Effective communicator with all levels of the organization
· Collaborative professional, self-reliant, good problem solver and results oriented
· Can do attitude and an ability to thrive in a high-pressure, ever changing and dynamic work environment
· Relentless high energy, drive and proactiveness
