THE POSITION
The job holder leads projects to transfer service packages into the portfolio and leads other international projects in the area of master data business partner.
As a representative to the head of the MDM SD BP Manila team, supports service delivery and improves service and systems by independent analysis of processes and
data quality and defines and implements initiatives for optimization.
This might require the work in shifts.
Tasks & responsibilities
Direct Lead for 10-15 Employees
GBS Deployment - Support during project duration and hypercare to take over new OPUs and sites into service.
IT - Incident analysis and solution finding for complex topics.
MDM Information Domain Owner - Expert for operative handling and processing of demands.
MDM Key User, local F&A Organizations - Know How Transfer, Management of services incl. optimization, prioritization and handling of escalations.
GBS P2P, O2C, A2R teams - Clarification and manage processing of master data related queries and issues.
Data Quality Manager - Definition of quality rules and implementation of initiatives to improve quality.
Requirements
Expert knowledge about processes and data structures of relevant master data objects gained during min. 5 years work in respective area
Good knowledge about GBS organization and processes, esp. order to cash and purchase to pay
Strong IT affinity, sound knowledge of relevant systems (MDM, SAP, MDG, Information
Steward, Microsoft Office, esp. Excel)
Good communication skills and team worker
Good project management capabilities
