An upscale Food & Beverage group is looking for a Head of Accounting, Finance, and Compliance. The successful candidate, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, will be responsible in managing the over all financial aspects of the business. The successful candidate will be leading and overseeing the accounting, finance, and compliance functions of the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Financial Management or any related field
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant or with Post Graduate studies
Ten (10) yeas of work experience in a senior management role in Accounting and Finance
Expert level on fund and investment management, revenue and growth, strategic planning, and enterprise risk management
Proven performance from reputable and upscale food & beverage brands in the Philippines
Hands on experience on pre opening and business start up, expansion project assignments
Excellent organizational, communication skills, and leadership skills
Willingness to be based in Metro Manila
Ability to travel on official business for site visits
