Provides leadership in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in specific unit assigned to him or her. He/she is responsible for identifying and managing operational requirement specific to manpower, patient care flow, supplies/equipment and collaboration with other members of the healthcare team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Registered nurse with at least nine (9) units in management and administration courses at the graduate level.
Have at least four (4) years of experience, inclusive of at least 2 years Nursing Administration Experience.
Valid PRC license (Required)
BLS certificate (Required)
ACLS certificate (Required)
