After opening in 2021 April our F.Ramos venture, in 2023 restaurant is expanding into a second branch this year in the new Amber Hotel. Our aim is to build talent into management roles who can grow within the company full of opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the bar operations including staff scheduling, procurement, costing, inventory, ordering, and supplies.
Develop new alcoholic beverages, to ensure fresh, innovative updated, and seasonally accurate drinks are available on the menu.
Prepare drink orders, including mixing beverages and serving them to the customers
Ensure that all details of service are performed by the bartender's expected standards and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.
Maintaining cleanliness in the bar area and equipment to ensure good sanitary conditions.
Overseeing the bar beverage inventory, and organizing storage for space bottles.
Train bartenders on beverage pouring practice, cocktail mixing, bottle flaring, and up-selling.
Monitor bar opening and closing duties and complete daily to standard by bartenders.
Comply with all Company policies, and procedures including health, safety, safe working practices, hygiene, & cleanliness.
Perform all necessary tasks to service beverages according to the standard of performance of the restaurant
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
Preferably with proven bartending experience
The relevant training certificate is an advantage
Has excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Excellent work ethic with a high degree of responsibility
