The Rizing Managed Services team is seeking for a Senior Technical consultant. This position requires a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and prior lead experience with integration development. Expertise in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), Integration Center and SuccessFactors API is required. Dell Boomi experience is highly preferred. Functions as a key resource for clients and leads post-go-live support teams. Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP SuccessFactors' products and its Integrations to clients and internal teams. The Technical consultant will analyze and validate the client's business needs and ensures successful support of clients' integrations.
Essential Functions
Develop a strong understanding of and analyzes clients' business requirements and objectives; develops system configurations to satisfy client needs
Analyze current integrations architecture and provide support in fixing issues and configuring new changes
Manage clients' team expectations
Provide quality control of consultant configurations, in order to meet client deliverables
Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices

Coach junior consultants
Participate in weekly internal team meetings
Explain technical concepts to clients and team members
Able to successfully assess current and future workload for self and others
Accurately track and report time and expenses
Perform other duties as assigned (creation of internal process and/or reporting)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business preferred, but not a must
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Associate or Professional SuccessFactors module certification in one or more modules
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors system integrations (certifications preferred)
Previous experience working and supporting technical integration projects and clients (Boomi, CPI, SAP Cloud Platform)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Ability to communicate with technical, functional, and business team members to ensure a technically sound solution
Strong knowledge of SAP Architecture and SAP Development languages
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Proficiency in English Language

Ability to build strong professional relationships with our clients
Strong organizational, planning, and management skills
