Manage customer Hardware asset information in a Configuration Management Database.
Manage Hardware assets through their asset lifecycle.
Conduct analysis of Hardware information for accuracy and completeness.
Generate scheduled monthly reports or unscheduled reports as required by stakeholders.
Receive and process requests for asset information additions and changes and process accordingly.
Maintain and support the asset records and information in the CMDB.
Validate the accuracy and completeness of CMDB information using accuracy processes.
Ensure all contract deliverables are met for assigned accounts.
Ensure customer scheduled reporting is delivered on time.
Analyse Hardware discovery information to identify areas of improvement.
Represent SACM HW at customer meetings and address customer requests and concerns.
Ensure all contract deliverables are met for assigned accounts.
Ensure customer scheduled reporting is delivered on time.
Action customer requests for CMDB updates and requests for information.
