Job Description:
HR & Employees support
Take care of office life, office activities and outings for the full team,
Set up people development planning for the year (training sessions, experience-sharing)
Prepare townhalls and internal meetings
Follow and apply HR policy across the organization (preparation of evaluation process every 6
months, regular feedback sessions) * Support the HR administrative work, including contracts & payroll management along with the
accountant, * Improve the Index brand presence on LinkedIn to attract better candidates
Maintain high standards of working condition in the office to ensure safety, comfortableness,
and cleanliness, and * Take care of the relationship with landlords and office suppliers.
Administrative function
Perform clerical duties and provide administrative support to the team,
Collect office expense invoices and prepare payment requests to suppliers,
Filling office supplier contracts,
Keeping the company documentation in order,
Support to purchase office supplies (if required), and
Take care of payment to employees and to regular suppliers.
Executive assistant to Management
Manage and remind management of their calendar and schedule,
Liaise with drivers, hotels, relevant clients, individuals, etc. to arrange pickup,
Book and arrange all travels/trip logistics, and
Arrange and retrieve Management's official expenditures and claims.
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in general administration or secretary/personal
assistance, or in HR department * Fluency in English and Tagalog
Resourcefulness and highly dedicated to work
High attention to details and preciseness
Ability to do multi-tasking and prioritization, and
Fluent in use of Microsoft office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or G-Suites
tools
