Graduate of BS Psychology or its equivalent
Licensed Psychometrician (preferably)
With at least 1 year of relevant work experience preferably in a School setting
With high analytical skills
Integrity and professionalism
With excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferably residing in Pasig
Willing to work onsite
The incumbent is responsible for executing programs in the Institution that promote safe and healthful learning and a developmental environment for students, particularly in the Spiritual, Psychological, and Emotional facets of their well-being
The academic institution requires a Guidance and Counseling Facilitator as it aims to provide holistic development to its students allowing them unhindered learning environment and condition from the academic modules and through daily interactions with their peers, higher authorities like Teachers, and life situations with its complexities.
A rank and file level would require that the incumbent should still be able to deliver sound judgment and non-critical decision-making process, in the pursuit of accomplishing programs and/or activities producing the expected deliverables of the position and inspiring targeted audience/employees to participate in programs and/or activities for successful outcomes.
