Key Responsibilities
Counseling Services:
Offer individual and group counseling for personal, social, emotional, and academic issues, including mental health support. 
Assessment:
Administer and interpret psychological tests (aptitude, personality, career). 
Program Development:
Create and implement guidance programs, workshops, and activities (e.g., substance abuse prevention, career orientation). 
Collaboration:
Work with parents, teachers, and administrators on student concerns and development. 
Case Management:
Maintain student records, conduct case conferences, and make referrals to specialists when needed. 
Research & Data:
Gather student data for curriculum planning and conduct research. 
Placement:
Assist students with academic and career path choices, including job placement. 
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Preferably a Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling. 
Licensure: Preferably a Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) with a valid Professional Identification Card from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), as per Republic Act No. 9258 (Guidance and Counseling Act of 2004). 
Skills: Strong communication, empathy, patience, and organizational skills.
