Job Description
communicate with guests looking to make or cancel hotel reservations
They greet guests on arrival, assign them rooms and suites, issue keys, and collect payment information
coordinate housekeeping, porters, transport providers and kitchen staff to meet guest requirements.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Preferably with background experience in 5 star hotels : WAITER/RESS ; FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT; HOUSEKEEPING; SECRETARY
Additional Information:
acceptable experience as Waiter;Waitress;Front Office Assistant; Secretary; Housekeeping
