Your knowledge, expertise and distinct skillsets will play a vital role in driving the organization's growth.Your RoleThe Confirm Vessel Departure Sea Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all vessels depart as scheduled and that all necessary documentation and procedures are completed accurately and timely. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Your Responsibilities
Monitor and confirm the departure of vessels according to the schedule.
Coordinate with shipping agents, and other relevant parties to ensure all departure requirements are met.
Verify and process all necessary documentation, including CTD no., container no., bills of lading, and export leg bundle key.
Maintain accurate records of vessel departures and related documentation.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on vessel departure status.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to vessel departures promptly.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor's Degree
2-3 years' experience in Freight Forwarding
Good Communication Skills
Must be knowledgeable with MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint
Cognitive Skills and Attention to details
Flexible with Shift Schedule
Willing to work onsite and during PH holidays
