We're helping a growth-focused marketing agency find a Growth Marketing Manager to own and evolve their entire performance marketing function. You'll design and deliver scalable, ROI-driven campaigns for startups, Healthtech, Fintech, HR tech, Climatech, and other purpose-driven brands across the UK, US, and Europe.Part-Time: -10-20 hours/week (with potential to scale)

Monthly rate: Open, depending on level of experienceWhat You'll DoBuild and manage end-to-end campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platformsDesign and implement reporting frameworks and ROI dashboards for each clientOwn monthly and quarterly performance planning aligned with client growth strategiesTranslate data and insights into executive-level recommendations for clientsCollaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to guide ad creative and copyOversee market research for new clients (delegating and quality-checking when needed)Support the sales process by contributing to pricing and scope for new retainersLeave behind scalable systems and processes to grow the performance marketing functionWhat We're Looking For3-5+ years of performance marketing experience in an agency or startup environmentHands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn AdsStrong understanding of CAC, CPL, ROI, and attribution metricsProficiency in reporting dashboards and translating data into actionable insightsTrack record of driving measurable revenue growth for clientsAbility to own a function, build scalable workflows, and work autonomouslyCollaborative mindset and clear communication across teamsNice-to-HavesExperience mentoring or leading a performance marketing teamFamiliarity with landing page optimization or no-code tools (Webflow, Framer)Background in SaaS, climate, or healthtech campaignsCopywriting or ad creative strategy skillsPowered by JazzHR
