Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager
Work Hours: M-F; 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CST/11:00 PM-7:00 AM PH Time (Can be flexible)
Salary: 1,000-1,500 USD per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and execute effective growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
Assist in testing ad creatives, acquisition channels, and strategies.
Manage social media accounts and engage with the audience to build brand loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent customer experience.
Requirements
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Growth Marketing Manager or any similar role.
Experience with D2C, consumer apps, games, entertainment, and the like.
Understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Experience with testing ad greetings and analytics tools.
Portfolio required.
Ideal/Nice To Have/Preferred:
Has experience and interest in music.
Proficiency in any video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
