Job Description
The Digital Growth Marketing Manager is designed to dramatically enhance or hack business growth potential. They focus on inducing and improving user expansion for digital channels by analyzing performance and goals, experimenting with strategies, testing outcomes, and implementing solutions.
Growth hackers build the product's potential growth, including user acquisition, on-boarding, monetization, retention, and virality, into the product itself. Growth hacking is all about intentionality and efficiency.
What makes a good growth hacker
Growth hackers have a common attitude, internal investigation process, and mentality unique among technologists and marketers. This mindset of data, creativity, and curiosity allows a growth hacker to accomplish the feet of growing a user base into the millions.
Key Accountabilities:
Understand user behavior, both from a market level, funnel level and cohort-level perspective
Design and test out of the box solutions and create opportunities to optimize product for user retention
Collaborate across various product, marketing and development teams to prioritize growth-led product roadmap
The role will be focused on increased adoption, , and revenue for our digital product or service. This is a cross-functional role that collaborates with marketing, sales, product management, and technology teams to develop and implement features and campaigns that will boost digital channel usage, traffic, and revenue.
Requirements
Experience in user growth or expansion-related roles, preferably in fast-paced, digital industries/products
Demonstrable knowledge in product-led marketing strategies (Using product as its own marketing and sales tool) vs traditional digital marketing
Deep understanding of digital growth such as best practices on user insighting and cohorting, journey optimization and use case experimentation and testing
Familiarity with product development and management, with a good mix of experience in hands-on execution and strategy
Ability to create buy in and build enthusiasm around strategies/recommendations
Mindsets:
Curious about users and business expansion - both in terms of volume, engagement and transactions
Willing to get his/her hands dirty, to deep dive into details to understand nuances in user behavior, market trends and embark on a learning journey
Has appetite for learning and comfortable with uncertainty

Key Deliverables
Digital Growth framework and KPIS - retention and LTV focused
Weekly growth opportunities pipeline
Use cases experiment and test design
Identifying, establishing, and optimizing growth channels in order to increase revenue
Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, and so on) to assist in the development of
Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads, as well as experimenting with new methods to capture current demand
Including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics.
