In this role, your responsibilities will be:-
General Accounting and Reporting:
Profit and Loss-Cartesis Reporting and Monthly Reporting to the Managing Directors
Billings and Revenue- actuals and accruals, per client and variance analysis vs latest forecast
Balance Sheet- Cartesis Reporting and Monthly Reconciliation & Analysis
Cartesis Reporting, Monthly Reconciliation & Analysis
Intercompany Accounts - monitoring and reconciliation
Monthly Mapping of Adept & Cartesis
Monthly Recon of Adept & Cartesis-Excel Retrieve
Bank Reconciliations Preparation - Mediacom Bank accounts
Client Profitability Report Preparation - monthly and quarterly
Monthly Cartesis Reports Printing for Upload to Finance Portal
Quarterly Balance Sheet Control Template
SOX Templates Accomplishment
Year End Reporting
Budgeting
Assistance in budgeting and input to Cartesis
Others:
Preparation of Monthly Summary of Journal Vouchers
Preparation of Billings vs. AR Movement Recon
Interface with Regional IA, SOX, External Auditors
Other Reports/Tasks that may be requested by Supervisor/CFO

Minimum qualifications:
BS in Accounting, CPA certification
Ideally you started your career within the audit environment within a Big 4 for more than 2 years, and/or have been working in an international company for minimum 2 years, preferably in the marketing industry or similar
Excellent understanding of advanced financial and accounting concepts (IFRS) and SOX compliance
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced environment
Strong technical and analytical skills
Detail orientated with the ability to investigate and resolve problems
Advanced excel skills
Work independently, mature and responsible
Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
