Sales Supervision * Oversees the efficient supervision of the following work processes to facilitate the attainment of sales targets:
New vehicles ordering, release and inventory;
Sales reporting to AUTOHUB and MINI Philippines
Addresses sales operational issues and elevates concerns which cannot be resolved at her/his level to GM/Top management;
Works closely with the Marketing Unit for the sales marketing requirements and coordinates with other units for the department's needs;
Facilitates the development of a cohesive and high performing Sales team
Monitors the Sales Executive's performance in sales generation of the vehicles, parts and accessories, financing and insurance
Formulates creative and innovative sales strategies and prepares a challenging but doable Sales Plan for various products
Monitors proper and timely implementation of the Sales Plans
Sales Administration * Monitors inventory and documentation of all vehicles in stock
Monitor vehicles delivery to the clients
Sales Funnel Supervision * Oversees the establishment, updating and expansion of customers database;
Institutes a system of monitoring the status of customers' database per Sales Executives;
Introduces incentives or positive reinforcements to ensure the proper management of database and appropriate sanctions for non-compliance
Administrative Supervision * Exercises direct supervision over the following units: Retail Sales, Fleet Sales, and PDI Staff;
Administers the conduct of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Department's performance in accordance with the AUTOHUB Group Performance Management System(PMS);
Performance Planning
Facilitates the conduct of annual Operational/Business Planning in the Department
Consolidates the department's Annual Plan and Budget based on the plans and budget prepared by the units under the department for GM's approval; and
Ensures that all department personnel prepare their individual Performance Commitment Plans to support the attainment of the unit/department targets
Performance Monitoring
Keeps track of the department's sales progress and institutes corrective actions or remedial measures to address bottlenecks and ensures the attainment of department's targets;
Monitors the submission of the department's Accomplishment. Reports the department's accomplishment to the General Manager during MANCOM meetings
Performance Evaluation
Facilitates the conduct of department's performance review
Monitors the submission of the department's Semestral Performance Review Report to GM copy furnished Corplan for presentation during MANCOM meetings / Performance Review / Operational / Business Planning Session;
Evaluates performance of immediate subordinates and submits accomplished Performance Evaluation Forms on set deadline
Administers the proper implementation of the AUTOHUB's Meeting Management Guidelines in the department:
Conducts regular division meetings and ensures that the agenda and required materials are prepared before the meeting;
Presides over division meetings and ensures that a Secretariat is assigned to document the highlights and agreement in the meeting;
Monitors the implementation of meeting decisions/agreements
Oversees the department's strict adherence to AUTOHUB / BUAI's policies, systems and work processes and institutes disciplinary action, when needed within his level of authority;
Ensures the proper management of resources acquired and/or assigned to the department;
Reviews the department's organizational requirements and recommends the appropriate organizational structure and plantilla of the department;
Promotes the welfare and development of department personnel:
Facilitates the creation of a work environment that is conducive to productivity;
Recommends the hiring, movement and salary adjustment of department personnel to GM for endorsement/approval;
Recommends/ introduces/support employee's welfare and training and development initiatives for department personnel;
Implements/supports AUTOHUB culture building activities
Ensures that all instructions of the GM and the President as well as all decisions/agreements in MANCOM and synergy meeting involving the department are carried out on time.
Prepares memos/communications/reports on department matters and acts on requests/concerns within her/his authority level;
Ensures compliance with MINI Philippines requirements and standards, sales bidding, financing and insurance requirements and documentations and statutory rules and regulations;
At least seven (7) years of relevant experience, five (5) years of which are in a Managerial capacity
Knowledgeable in Leadership concept principles
Has strong customer service orientation
