Purpose of the position
The Group Process Specialist - SAP Roles and Users has a broad responsibility in working together closely with Group Process Owner to ensure adherence on SAP governance at operational level across all countries. He/She will act as a gate keeper for SAP ERP roles and authorizations in order to minimize SOD risks. He/she reviews and approves daily incoming SAP access requests (either for new users with critical role assignment or new role creations/role changes) with consideration of Segregation of Duties risks. Constant coordination with relevant operational stakeholders is on a daily basis together with seeking ways on how to optimise and improve process further.
Key Tasks
Operations
Assist in review of SAP User Access Form requests (based on SOD Matrix)
Coordinate with Local Contact persons, Business Change Management, and other stakeholders for new roles/critical authorisation requests
Provide Weekly Active Users Report for weekly leavers' process
Assist in review of Direct Users Logs
Conduct regular housekeeping for External Users and Users with Duplicate Accounts
Assist in documentation and monitoring of KPIs
Other tasks that maybe assigned by GPO SAP related to daily operations
Function / Market & Industry Knowlegde / Business Acumen / Process working

Sound understanding of standard Accounting/Finance/Reporting processes
High level and sound and fair understanding of IT-related issues
Understanding of DSV SAP ERP template
Technical understanding on the whole SAP environment

Strong Excel & Microsoft Office capabilities are a must
Strong SAP ERP / BW knowledge
