Primary Responsibilities:
Act as key point of contact for process related inquiries and concerns of the company.
Leads cross collaboration amongst process and system owners for insights and assessments that will lead to process improvements, digitalization, policies/SLAs, risk remediation/elimination, and RACI/approval authority matrices.
Act as SMEs, Lead or Support role on Finance Projects and System-Related Automation/Migration (SAP, etc.).
Consolidates all ongoing projects to ensure end-to-end alignment while working with the CGBPM Director on strategic roadmaps of projects with relations or dependencies and integrated within the company's objectives and each departments' balanced scorecard.
Trains and develops managers and specialists within the team on business process management, change management, stakeholder management, and project management (business requirements, project planning, implementation, testing, production, and adoption).
Basic Qualifications:
With minimum ten (10) years experience in business process management, project management, and internal controls & compliance.
Preferably a CPA or MBA.
Preferably with more than five (5) years working experience in an airline industry.
Knowledgeable in SAP, Anaplan and other ERP systems.
Preferably with experience in system migration or digital transformation projects.
Experience with financial planning, analysis and forecasting will be an advantage.
Note: This position will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
