Job Description:
The Group Finance Solutions Group team is to support Group Finance with the delivery of Strategic, Regulatory, Process & Automation change initiatives through aligned cross divisional expertise in a dedicated RTB Change Team. You will work on the delivery of the Run-the-Bank (RTB) support requirements for the implementation of the Single General Ledger SAP HANA Projects. Your role will help hone your stakeholder management skills as you will have the opportunity to closely interact with Project SMEs, RTB SMEs, IT Teams and other support functions

Your key responsibilities
Provide clear strategy and direction to ensure that project deliverables fully meet the RTB requirements and stakeholder expectations.
Lead the collation of RTB pain points, reporting requirements and able to translate or relate this to Business Requirements and map this to the Business Delivery e2e solution.
Spearhead process impact analysis and lead the Business Requirements delivery and discussions with IT and relevant stakeholders.
Review and facilitate sign-off of the Business Requirements from RTB, IT Team and senior stakeholders.
Facilitate discussion with the legal entity controllers, Finance Directors, Business controllers and Project team relating to project deliverables to facilitate a resolution, updates, escalating where appropriate.
Your skills and experience
Background in the Financial Services Industry - in Investment Banking, Global Markets or Corporate Banking, would be preferred
Extensive experience in Business/Data Analysis within the Finance arena, and a proven track record in managing Global General Ledger Projects (preferably SAP)
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and sound judgment is essential to succeed in this role.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural setting with senior stakeholders across locations and a strong passion to perform in a dynamic fast-paced environment
