Job Title: Group Finance Solutions Group - Cost Utility User Acceptance Testing Team Lead - Assistant Vice President

The Cost Utility Testing team role is responsible for the delivery and completion of S4HANA testing requirements. You will be a member of the team performing process impact analysis, UAT executions, conduct detailed investigation and root cause analysis of data quality issues. Our team of experts will be there to support your development to ensure you excel in this function. Your role will help hone your stakeholder management skills as you will have the opportunity to closely interact with Project SMEs, RTB SMEs, IT Teams and other support functions.
Your key responsibilities
Leading and Engaging People. Drives the achievement of high performance through effective career management of direct reports, on top of the successful delivery/completion of testing production.
Perform stakeholder management, develop and foster strong, productive working relationships with strategic partners at a senior level.
Understand the end to end Cost Functionalities for Daily Close Architecture
Collate Testing requirements from Finance RTB and document Test Cases and Test Scripts Act as the first point of contact for engagements with the wider Finance community, taking part in initiatives to minimize duplication of effort and maximize efficiencies
Ensure that relevant impact and changes in the SOP Standard Operating Procedures) are well documented Establish and implement procedures to monitor, measure, and improve performance against SLAs and KPIs
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with exposure in the Financial Services Industry - preferable Investment Banking - Global Markets, Corporate Banking
Experience working within the profession of Business/Data Analysis within the Finance arena; experience working on Global General Ledger Projects (preferably SAP 4HANA)
Advanced knowledge in MS Office products (Access/Excel) ; Excel skills are key - VLOOKUP, pivot tables
Ability to communicate and influence a diverse range of stakeholders up to and including senior management/vendor relationships; Focused on providing quality output; Capable of handling difficult situations/conversations and challenge accepted ideas.
Strong analytical/business problem-solving skills, business planning and strategic agility. Displays a high degree of control awareness.
Good personal organization skills; Ability to work under pressure and keep up to strict deadlines; Able to effectively manage meetings and progress discussions
