Position Overview The Group Finance Solutions Group team is to support Group Finance with the delivery of Strategic, Regulatory, Process & Automation change initiatives through aligned cross divisional expertise in a dedicated RTB Change Team. Our t Position Overview The Group Finance Solutions Group team is to support Group Finance with the delivery of Strategic, Regulatory, Process & Automation change initiatives through aligned cross divisional expertise in a dedicated RTB Change Team. Our team of 9 supports: The Manila Finance functional process and automation efficiency targets (over 600 staff) including: Process Automation, Control GAP and EUDA Production Support\Remediation, Strategic GAP Remediation\Support, Learning and Development, RTB\Attrition PROD support where applicable. Work on the delivery of the RTB Automation BoW requirements. The role will require collaborative engagement with RTB locally and within Asia, IT Teams to ensure successful delivery of the project. Designs and develops automation tools in response to business problems. To meet the requirements of the business, he/she actively participates in the design and architecture of the tool, investigates and proposes appropriate tools to be used, promotes re-usability of existing components and contributes to the creation of frameworks. Assists more junior members of the team and controls their work where applicable. Your key responsibilities Work closely with RTB/IT to assist any Windows/ Microsoft remediations and migration. Access criticality and showstoppers into team lead where the Banks reporting SLA could be compromised. Define user acceptance test cases, executing and managing the activity. Support and guide UAT and highlight key issues and risks to the Stakeholders Ensure all documentation are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Effectively communicate relevant information to other team members Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion. Ensure appropriate use of Deutsche Bank tools, processes, and methodologies Summarize UAT results and recommend UAT sign-off to the Stakeholders. Develop training and handover material prior to Go-Live Your skills and experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent with experience in the Financial Services Industry - preferable Investment Banking, Global Markets, Corporate Banking Expertise in VBA Programming, Excel Function, Access Database Dev, SQL Access exposure in Tableau, Alteryx, MS Power Apps, Business Objects, Python Team-player and able to work independently and collaboratively Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
