Job Description
Will handle and manage finances of 5 operating companies
Lead at least 4 finance managers
Train and develop current finance team
Innovate and introduce fresh processes, practices, and ways of working more efficiently
Confident in handling taxes, financial statements, and audit
Strong analytical skills to tackle possible challenges
8:30AM-6PM working hours, mostly work from home
Minimum Qualifications
A leader who will strengthen the current team and build a structure that will allow each group's finance manager to achieve company targets.
Has at least 8 years experience as a Finance Manager
A CPA with at least 3 years experience in audit
Has at least handled 3 or more accounting staff
Very knowledgeable in:
All cycles of Accounting
Government requirements
Audit - external and BIR
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
