GROUP FINANCE MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversees the Finance & Accounting function of the Group.
Lead the teams to meet the finance department's objectives.
Ensure compliance of company's accounting and financial policies.
Guarantee accurate and timely preparation of inventory and other reports.
Formulate and analyse financial statements and metrics.
Ensure regulatory compliance to government procedures.
Ensures timely provision of Group financial and statistical reports for management. Ensuring that all finance functions are accurately and effectively fulfilled.
Submits financial statements every month:
Submits cash flow projection every week.
Prepares annual budgets.
Prepares annual department plans: Targets and Strategies.
Does management accounting and financial analysis as needed by the management.
Creates processes/policies that will result to: Hitting AR & AP targets.
Reviews contracts with clients and suppliers.
Ensures tax compliance and all other government filing (SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth) a. Monthly, quarterly and annual filing b. Oversees LOAs
Oversees annual audit.
Ensures SEC compliance (Submission of audited FS, GIS)
QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Has at least 10 years experience as Finance Manager.
A CPA with at least 5 years experience in audit
Has at least handled 3 or more Finance Officer/Manager, accounting staff .
Proficient in all aspect of Accounting and Finance.
Very knowledgeable of the government requirements (BIR, SEC, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig)
Has strategic leadership skills.
Very analytical, good in financial analysis, cost and management accounting.
Very good written, verbal English communication skills
Can present financial highlights to the CFO and CEO.
A goal - oriented person, pro-active and a team player
Has potential to be a Finance Director.
