Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

GROUP FINANCE MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Lead the team to meet the department's objectives.
2. Submits financial statements every 15th of the following month:
a. Balance Sheet
b. Income Statement showing the monthly revenues and expenses
c. Income Statement comparison of current vs previous year
d. Income Statement comparison of actuals vs budget
e. Top sheet summary of financial highlights
3. Submits cash flow projection every week.
4. Prepares annual budgets.
5. Prepares annual department plans: Targets and Strategies
6. Does management accounting and financial analysis as needed by the management.
7. Creates processes/policies that will result to:
a. Hitting AR targets
b. Hitting AP targets
c. Control measures
d. Validity of all payments
e. Compliance of company policies
f. Accurate, complete and on-time reports
8. Reviews contracts with clients and suppliers.
9. Ensures tax compliance and all other government filing (SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth) a. Monthly, quarterly and annual filing b. Oversees LOAs
10.Oversees annual audit
11.Ensures SEC compliance
. Submission of audited FS, GIS
QUALIFICATION:
Has at least 5 years experience as Finance Manager.
CPA , with at least 3 years experience in audit.
Has at least handled 3 or more accounting staff .
Proficient in all aspect of Accounting and Finance.
Very knowledgeable of the government requirements (BIR, SEC, SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig)
Has strategic leadership skills.
Very analytical, good in financial analysis, cost and management accounting.
Very good written, verbal English communication skills
Can present financial highlights to the CFO and CEO.
A goal - oriented person, pro-active and a team player
Has potential to be a Finance Director
