Graduate of any 4-years business related course
At least 4 years of work experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
Must be analytical and has problem-solving skills
Has excellent communication skills
Process-oriented and keen on details
Has excellent people skills
Knows how to drive and has a driver's license
Above-average computer literacy
Primary Functions:
Develop and implement a retail sales program
Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, competitors' activities and other market and economic indicators
Meet sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning sales personnel; following up on work results
Maintain sales output by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training sales personnel
