The Graphic Designer role will sit in the Marketing department, reporting into the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager, however, will also work closely with our product team, supporting them in the design of new digital systems for our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to design material across digital channels, print channels and business documentation.
Ensuring all designed material aligns with the brand guidelines and identifying opportunities to creatively build on the guidelines as the brand grows.
Responsible for updates to the website design and front-end implementation, using the webflow platform
Design ideation for content and digital marketing material
Form, CRM and Calculator design, ensuring user experience is at the forefront of thinking
Working with internal stakeholders to design presentations for stakeholders
BAU and ad hoc design requirements for the brand across department
Job Qualifications:
5 years + working as a graphic designer, producing print and digital material
Strong skills using the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Microsoft Suite
Ability to use Webflow, designing landing pages and implementing changes through webflow platform
Ability to understand artwork specification, creating finished art for digital and print formats
Visual creativity, ability to add value through the design process
Ambitious individual who wants to build a brand from the ground up and be part of a growing business
Positive attitude to the day to day with good interpersonal skills
BONUS: Experience creating HTML 5 assets and HTML email assets.
BONUS: Video editing experience
