Graphic and Multimedia Design
-Design and creation of all print/digital assets required for Client marketing campaigns and general communications, including but not limited to;
-Brand manuals and style guides, general image optimisation, logos and icons, brochures, websites designs, expo and trade signage, digital (banner) advertising, social media posts/advertising, EDM templates/advertising, infographics, promotional merchandise, print advertising, etc. Ideally you will also be able to handle video editing and basic animations.
-Enhance user/client experience through effective UI/UX design.
Marketing Support
-Support the Marketing Coordinator(s) to achieve the goals, strategies, and outcomes relative to the Client's marketing plan, brand, and creative strategy.
-Work closely with other internal staff (web developers, content writers, animators, etc) as required to achieve all Team objectives.
-Ensure proper implementation and adherence to Client design/branding guidelines at all times.
Requirements
-Degree or similar qualification in Graphic Design / Multimedia.
-Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign: Primary Skill-Set.
-Intermediate skills in Adobe PremierPro or similar video editing software (desirable).
-Adobe After Effects skills (desirable).
-Autodesk Maya 3D modelling skills (desirable).
-Intermediate knowledge of printing specifications and formats.
-Website creation and content management experience using HTML or CSS, CMS or similar.
-Intermediate to high level of English language proficiency - spoken and written.
-4-5 years' experience in a similar role, in a similar organisation.
-B2B industry experience (preferably in mining-resources, heavy industry and/or engineering).
-Experience developing and adhering closely to style guides and brand manuals.
-Experience working in a hands-on and varied/multi-functional graphic-design role, creating both print/offline and digital/online work.
