Graphic DesignerAccess Offshoring

This is a remote position.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create digital and print files from briefs and mockups (aimed at B2B and B2C audiences)
Collaborating, brainstorming and sharing ideas for new designs
Print designs can include: product brochures, product posters, retail shop signage, billboard signage, vehicle signage/vehicle wraps, product packaging (labels, cartons), POS collateral, stationery and promotional materials, books/catalogues/pamphlets
Digital designs can include: Website banners, email signature banners, possibly social media tiles
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Graphic Design role
Must have a strong, high volume of experience with creating press-ready artwork files
Create clean and organised artwork files utilising layers
Graphic Design qualification with a portfolio demonstrating your skills
Photo editing, including deep etching, tidying up product images, editing lifestyle images (e.g. the ability to put a person from 1 image and place them in another image and match tone, lighting, etc)
Strong understanding and use of the metric system (not imperial)
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and to follow briefs correctly
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, hierarchy, visual contrast, color theory, typography, etc
Desire to become a strong member of the design team, and the desire to be involved in the creative process
Creative flair, not afraid to think outside the creative box if asked to come up with a design rather than follow a pre-made mockup
Ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously
Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud - mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat
Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience using Canva is highly preferred.
Experience with creating animated visual content using Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro (desired but not essential)
Experience using Monday.com is preferred but not required.
