What you'll do:
Develop creative guidelines, best practices, frameworks and standards for ACE.
Conceptualise, design and produce artwork, illustrations and graphics for various marketing collaterals that are compelling and effective.
Ensure design requirements are met in adherence with project goals and brand guidelines.
Produce large volume and scalable graphics.
Optimize digital images for web, mobile, and larger screens.
Fulfill multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines.
Illustrate a command of design methods, tools, communication, and presentation skills.
Excel when it comes to production, but contribute to brainstorming sessions when needed.
What you will bring:
Ability to work professionally in English, other Asian languages will be a plus.
A strong digital portfolio of work across several scales and mediums.
Mastery of Photoshop/Illustrator, with the rest of the Creative Suite close behind.
Proficiency with video editing software.
Well-versed in video & mobile advertising formats and content.
Excellent written and verbal communications in English; additional Southeast Asian language capabilities (Indonesian/Thai/Vietnamese) preferred.
Experience with a high-impact consumer product is ideal.
Understanding of design elements, colour, and composition, as well as sensitivity to aesthetic and seasonal trends.
Deep understanding of pop and entertainment culture.
Detail oriented, ability to deliver a polished product under tight deadlines with impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to learn and apply new knowledge and skills quickly, in a fast-paced work environment.
Must be dependable, positive, and open-minded, and be able to clearly communicate both verbally and visually.
