About the client (Gary's wine)
is an upscale fine wine, spirits, beer, and gourmet food shop with locations in Napa Valley and New Jersey. Gary's Wine & Marketplace has won multiple awards and has over 75,000+ mobile app downloads, Gary's Wine & Marketplace is a leader in wine eCommerce. We are well-known for our excellent, personable customer service and our knowledgeable wine staff.
Your role would involve being the visual owner of Gary's Wine & Marketplace brand across all digital channels across GarysWine.com and physical channels across our 5 physical retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include converting emails from written text into visually appealing emails in our email platform while following our brand guidelines.
Send roughly 10+ emails per week. All of the emails are pre-written and we have brand assets and an email template.
Creating a variety of assets in different dimensions for Tier 1, 2, and 3 Marketing Campaigns including but not limited to homepage banners, promo banners, desktop banners, app banners, social media assets, email footers, in-store signage, and more.
Design
Spark your creativity and apply it to our high-end wine brand while staying within our brand guidelines
Build visual assets for campaigns, sales, landing pages, promotions, and more - there is no limit to the possibilities for creativity in this role
Ability to go above and beyond the creative brief and follow through with projects with little oversight
Communication & Project Management
Use tools like Slack and Microsoft Outlook to communicate with the Marketing team and other departments across the business
Use tools like Trello and Microsoft Sharepoint/OneDrive to keep track of files, projects, and deadlines
Willingness to work with weekly status check-ins and self-management of projects and deadlines
Experience
4+ years of relevant experience.
Expertise with the Adobe Cloud Suite.
Familiarity/experience with implementing assets into email platforms like Mailchimp and Attentive.
Comfortable with eCommerce platforms and implementing front-end web design with drag-and-drop tools (no coding required).
Compensation and benefits
Competitive salary ranging from $1000 - $1200 per month

You will have to work the US shifts from Monday to Friday
This is a permanent remote position
