Graphic Designer
What are we looking for:
We are searching for a passionate Graphic Designer with a fine eye for detail, looking to make full use of their creative talents, whilst playing an integral role in the operations of a US based marketing agency.
The ideal candidate is a team player who can quickly grasp requirements and readily offer their own input to determine optimal design concepts. A varied skill set is ideal for taking on this role which will present unique challenges and opportunities. Graphic design will be heavy on ad design for digital marketing but also include many other forms of design.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Consult with internal Creative Strategists, engaging their creative interests whilst offering your own input and suggestions regarding their requests.
Attend meetings with the Content Creation team to discuss projects, ideas, goal setting etc.
Design ads/marketing content, logos, create internal documentation such as reports and presentations, edit photos and videos for optimum aesthetics on a variety of digital and social media platforms, create design schemes for documentation, emails, product listings, website, etc.
Be expected to stick to timelines agreed-on by team members and maintain a high level of communication surrounding task progression, issues encountered etc.
Design and work on tasks independently, maintaining a high level of diligence and professionalism.
Be expected to make full use of your creative abilities to contribute to content output in stylish, sleek, effective and innovative ways.
Integrate technical and visual solutions into a design concept.
Review final work to ensure their readiness for publication.
About You:
3 years+ graphic design experience working with multiple brands
Experience working within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Proficient with key graphic design softwares
Video editing and motion graphics experience is a BIG plus
A strong portfolio
Team: Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Individual: Able to work independently with strong initiative in a remote work set up.
Excellent oral and written (English) communication
