· Create branded content in the form of emails & paid social ad creatives
· Support the performance marketing team in organizing and executing various marketing campaigns
· Maintain clear and consistent communication inside our internal project management tool (ClickUp)
· Work with teammates and clients to produce edits that best fits performance goals and client preferences
Requirements
· BA or equivalent
· 2+ years in graphic design (full knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
· 1+ years in email marketing, SMS marketing, or background in e-commerce
· 1+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or freelancing environment
· Understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically email marketing best practices
· Knowledge of Klaviyo and/or other email marketing automation tools like Mailchimp is a plus
· Interactions directly with clients/accounts is a plus
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent copywriting skills
· Excellent taste and aesthetic skills
· Excellent project management skills
· Highly creative and imaginative
· Ready to take the initiative and find solutions when given little direction
