Fulfilling the design requirements of the company
Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font size and style
Preparing drafts of material based on agreed brief and presenting them to the corresponding team
Reviewing layouts and suggesting improvements if required
Liaising the printing of materials and ensuring that they are printed with the required level of quality
Following the appropriate brand colors and layouts for each graphic
Revise designs as needed
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with the brand
Communicating with the marketing team about layout and design
Level of interest in role development and willingness to improve performance and increase job knowledge
Create designs and templates for both print and digital mediums
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field
Experience as a graphic designer or related role
Proficient use of design and photo-editing software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
Exceptional creativity and innovation
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
An understanding of design trends
Experience working with grid design
Professional approach to time and deadlines
A strong portfolio of illustrations and/or other graphics
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work methodically, meet requirements and deadlines
Understanding of marketing, website design, corporate identity, branding, advertising, and multimedia design
