Description
Rapidly growing marketing agency is currently looking for a seasoned Graphic Designer highly skilled in creative design for digital marketing. This person needs to be experienced in creating effective ebooks, landing pages, social ads, email designs, branding, front end web designs, and more. Working closely with our creative director, our new graphic designer will be in charge of carrying out all designs from start to finish. What we' re looking for:
• Strong design aesthetic, with a refined sense of typography and visual hierarchy.
• Strong understanding of user experience, visual design, user research, and design principles.
• A solid understanding and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
• Motion graphics and video editing a HUGE plus!
• Experienced in designing for both web and print.
• Experience with web or landing page design (WordPress Design experience a plus!)
• Ability to visualize and execute the creation of landing pages and FULL WEBSITES
• 3+ years graphic design experience in an agency; must have experience designing for both print and web
• BA or BFA in Graphic Design preferred.
• Must have a strong portfolio exhibiting beautiful, creative design work.
• Ability to create original designs, icons, and illustrations using Adobe programs.
• Sketch experience a plus Must be familiar with responsive web-design
• Capability and willingness to learn new concepts and ideas rapidly and then
• Must be able to take direction
• Must be able to brand match with your designs AND over time improve the brand' s story creatively. You' ll need to submit samples of your work to be considered for this position. We are looking for at least a few landing page or web page designs, 3 ad designs, a few other designs showing skills in layout and skillset. Please be prepared to show your creative ability to be considered for this opening.
Must be able to work on night shift. Must have excellent communication skills and be responsible, reliable and trustworthy. English speaking is a must. We are looking for someone to grow with our rapidly expanding team.
