Job Summary:
 
As a Graphic Designer at ACX Outsourcing Hub, you'll be at the center of our creative efforts. You'll work closely with clients and the creative team, using your skills in graphic design and video editing to craft engaging visual assets for a variety of digital and print media. Whether you're creating eye-catching marketing materials or weaving magic into web and mobile interfaces, your designs will be a vital element in delivering our clients' messages to the world.
Job Description:
Collaborate with clients and the creative team to understand design requirements and objectives.
Create visual assets such as graphics, illustrations, and images for various digital and print media.
Design eye-catching marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, email templates, and advertisements.
Develop layouts and templates for websites, ensuring a seamless user experience and responsive design.
Conceptualize and design user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and aesthetics.
Incorporate branding elements and guidelines into designs to maintain consistency across all materials.
Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.
Edit and retouch images as needed to enhance quality and visual appeal.
Collaborate with writers, web developers, and project managers to ensure cohesive design and content alignment.
Present design concepts and ideas to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
Suggest refined design solutions to stakeholders 
Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by OM/CEO in consultation with her/him
Create and edit videos based on the client's requirements and needs.
Edit and enhance basic video content for a range of clients and industries.
Cut, trim, and assemble raw footage to create a visually appealing, coherent story.
Add effects, transitions, graphics, and animations to videos.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in Graphics Design and video editing
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong creative flair, attention to detail, and a passion for design excellence.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Keen interest in staying ahead of design trends and emerging technologies.
