Job Description
The Graphic Designer is responsible for the coordination and production of all images needed for the organization's advertising team.
The right candidate will have experience in all major design software and a proven ability to produce entertaining, educational, or inspirational visual content that is consistent with the brand "look and feel."
Branding:
Create, enhance & properly organize all branding elements, colors, fonts etc. and ensure all aspects of the marketing deliverables & pipeline remain ON BRAND. This would include but not limited to online, offline, website, blog posts, banners, FB Ads, FB Posts, & collateral marketing pieces etc.
Pre-determine dimension, file type, resolution etc of all marketing channels for the efficiency of deployment as well as organize & file all branding elements.
Graphic Design Excellence & Desktop Publishing:
Your artistry needs to extend beyond the typical logo maker. We are looking to level up our visual communication & need EXCELLENCE demonstrated in both online & offline publications. Candidate can demonstrate advanced design excellence.

Qualifications
Plans & creates compelling marketing concepts in accord with marketing strategy & in collaboration with both the design and marketing team.
Completes projects on time by coordinating with team members
Knows how to make GIFs and simple video edits
Extensive knowledge in Photoshop
Experience with Adobe After Effect and Adobe Premiere will be prioritized
Experience with Figma or web design is a plus!
Experience working with Paid Media Ads is preferred
Is not only precise, accurate & pays attention to detail, but is also extremely fast & efficient as hell. Yes - we just said hell ;)
Open to receiving feedback on their work
Good with communicating with other
Updated on new design trends and willing to learn new skills
Is a team player and wants to help out others when in need
