We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphics Designer with a focus on marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in design software, experienced in social media campaigns, and capable of monitoring and analyzing campaign results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop visually compelling graphics (static and motion/animation) for marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative strategies.
Design content for social media, email marketing, websites, and other digital media.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain and enhance brand identity through consistent and innovative design.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign , AfterEffects ) and other relevant design software.
Proven experience in social media campaign design and execution.
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, design skills, and previous work in marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical skills to monitor and interpret campaign performance data.
