With a clean slate approach, ENOWA Water is pioneering new processes and innovative technologies through our circular model and smart network design. The work we are doing today will offer future-proofed solutions that could have far-reaching and world-changing impacts on the global water resource management.
In this fast-paced environment where change is constant and storytelling is king, we are seeking an experienced graphic design professional to lead visual definition and communication of the ENOWA Water narrative.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio, and an eye for visual composition. You will bring a proven track record of combining visual and text-based content, using best practices to ensure material layouts are readable, digestible, aesthetically balanced, and effective. The role will be responsible for delivering visual content strategy and design assets that support both internal and external communications initiatives across a variety of media.
This position reports to the Director of Activation and Engagement.
Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities
Lead development of visual content strategy, including performing background research to inform positioning, storytelling and key messaging
Produce graphic content to support internal and external communications, including drafting and editing of press materials, presentations, fact sheets, newsletters, research reports, flyers, posters, photography, videography, animated carousels, infographics, etc.
Work with internal stakeholders to prepare well-structured content briefs that identify target audiences and desired outcomes, with clearly-articulated and realistic aims and requirements
Maintain constant finger on the pulse of Water business units, ensuring that content is in-line with evolving business needs
Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure conformity with brand and marketing guidelines, and timely processing of approvals
Organise and manage agency partners to deliver against communications objectives
Background, Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communicator in English - able to communicate at all levels
Solid understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Ability to synthesize complex technical information into easily-understood and relatable messaging for non-technical audiences
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task to quickly identify key issues and priorities to make practical and balanced decisions.
Agile problem solver with good time management skills, able to triage priorities and adapt as necessary to meet deadlines
Able to work under pressure to deliver high quality output in a short span of time
Extremely resourceful, well-organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Motivated self-starter who thrives in an ambitious, international and fast-changing environment
Able to accept and deliver critical feedback with maturity
High emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and strong interpersonal skills will be critical for success
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Proficiency with required Adobe desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, ideally also After Effects, XD and video editing software such as Premiere Pro
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
Minimum 8 years full-time paid professional experience as a graphic designer/desktop publisher, of which at least 5 have been in an agency environment or as part of a marketing team
