Marketing * Prepares layout and executes graphic designs of various advertising, promotional, and communication materials.
Manage marketing collaterals and corporate giveaways by creating graphics such as illustrations, logos, layouts, photos, videos etc.
Liaises with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.
Work closely with the Marketing team in managing multimedia website design and other social media platforms.
Designs creative visual ideas.
Review final layout with the approval of Marketing Officer and Managing Director.
Client Management * Liaises with clients to determine their requirements and timescale
Manages client proposals from typesetting to graphic design, print and production
Work with clients ideas, manage their expectations and amends designs after feedback.
Other related functions * Prepares monthly and annual project updates
Perform other functions that might be assigned as the need arises.
