Job Summary:

Creative Associate is responsible for conceptualization, on-brand graphics, design and development of all creative content for all marketing initiatives across all platforms. He/ She will also be involved in the entire process of defining the requirements, visualizing and creating the storefront/ campaign pages, Dotcom site design, online banners and advertisements.
The Creative Associate should also be able to collaborate and lgain from team members, exude positivity and be solutions driven.
tasks & Job responsibilities:
Creative Excellence
Create a strong visual e-commerce presence and design solution for marketplace, dotcom sites and social media pages that will have a high visual impact to users.
Keep up to date with graphic design technologies, techniques, and modern trends to deliver cutting-edge work.
Operationally
Responsible for making creative concepts, designs, and layout composition for e-commerce stores (lazada, shopee, zalora, dotcom brands and social media).
Visualize and design contents to post on social media sites and all marketing efforts.
Develop graphic and visual materials for supporting continuing company projects and campaigns.
Ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting uscapability and website/ platform standards.
Visual design of storefront and web design
Collaboration
Collaborate with developers and QA team to transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces.
??• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with new design perspectives, ideas, and style guides for particular campaign

Job Appropriate qualifications:
» Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
» Fresh Grad or 1 year of practice in an advertising, graphic design or marketing agency setting/ Retail or E-commerce.
» Graphics Design/ UI/UX/ Adobe software proficient/ Ecommerce platform expertise/ Motion/ Animation Graphics
» Full-Time position(s) available.
