?Daily Duties
1. Conceptualizes and renders designs/layouts for print ads, billboards, posters, brochures, flyers necessary for marketing campaigns.
2. Creates design/lay-outs for marketing events such as backdrop, banners, streamers, stage design, floor plans etc.
3. Coordinates with Interior Designer and/or through AEDD for showroom merchandising requirement and other marketing concerns.
4. Coordinates with supplier for specific materials to be used for marketing collaterals/showroom merchandising materials.
5. Checks the quality of marketing materials output in terms of technical specifications.
6. Assist other department for their graphic design requirements such as posters and signages.
?Weekly Duties
1. Checks job orders and other deliverables for monitoring purposes.
2. Follow up PMO's for the other pending materials (perspectives, floor plans, blow ups, etc.) needed for marketing collaterals.
3. Rendering approved designs/layouts for final artwork of marketing collaterals and other merchandising materials.
?Monthly Duties
1. Checks the showroom merchandising materials delivered and installed by suppliers for inspection purposes.
a. Occasional, Special Duties, Special Projects:
1. Supervise and direct pictorials needed for marketing collaterals
2. Back-up for Federal Land events as production assistant
· At least two (2) years in the same field
· Preferably with background on making design and layout
· Knowledge on software tools, tricks and techniques to be used in developing designs and layouts
· Can work under pressure with minimal supervisions.
