Job Description:
As a Graphic Artist, you will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing designs for the company's online and offline materials. Your duties will include working hand-in-hand with the sourcing team and being aligned with the direction for sourcing objectives. In addition, you should be able to revise projects based on feedback and suggestions.
Coordinate and work hand and hand with the sourcing team
Conceptualize images and layouts by hand or using design software.
Testing graphics across various media
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Amend designs after feedback
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or its equivalent.
Must have an available portfolio (either online or file) available for evaluation
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
At least 2 years of design experience
With knowledge in Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software, Adobe Dreamweaver or HTML, Multimedia Flash, photography, typography and printing
Highly creative, flexible, can work under pressure and a team player
With experience in creating promotional content/material for social media (FB, Linkedin and Instagram)
With good communication and interpersonal skill
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
Strong analytical skill
Excellent eye for detail
Willing to work in Pasig City
