THE REQUIREMENT: GRAPHIC ARTIST
The Social Media Moderator / Graphic Artist is responsible for overall management of the Social Media pages of One Outsource Group which are, but not limited to, Globe SM Las Piñas account and Solane LPG FB/IG account. Serves as the principal point person for social media graphic requirements for internal and external needs. The Social Media Moderator / Graphic Artist is expected to works collaboratively with the department heads and/or external clients focal.
WHAT THE GRAPHIC ARTIST WILL BE EXPECTED TO DO WELL
· You are responsible for posting contents and boosting/promotion of ad campaigns within the social media pages;
· You are responsible for providing feedback to comment and private messages within the managed social media pages by using standard spiels and corporate-approved responses.
· You are responsible for hiding the unwanted or undesirable comments in pages' public walls and comments sections.
· You are responsible for the creation of monthly social media content calendars which includes graphic design and development of the marketing materials/collaterals and copywriting;
· You will handle the basic photo editing, artwork, layout, and conceptualization of design for all marketing campaigns;
· You are responsible for the creation and revision of original and existing artworks as required by the internal/external clients;
· You will handle the collaboration and conceptualization by coordinating with the focal for the design creation of artworks and marketing materials;
· You will handle preparation monthly reports using available social media analytics which details among others the pages' performance and recommendations for page improvement;
· You will perform related duties as required concerning social media, web page design, and graphic design requirements of the company that may be assigned to him by the company from time to time.
To do well as Social Media Moderator / Graphic Artist, the person we are looking for should have the following preferred qualifications:
· Has strong self-motivation traits;
· Strong working experienced in the related fields - can quickly understand opportunities and challenges in order to develop the designs needed by the internal/external clients;
· An approachable team player who has the ability to work well with a diverse group of leaders;
· Has a go-getter, do-what-it-takes attitude, being OODC's key solutions provider representative;
· Able to go the extra mile, delivering more than what is expected.
