Responsibilities & Duties:
​Conceptualize a wide range of print and digital co-branded collateral to support our B2B partners; provide design materials to support our sales team such as decks, presentations, brochures, and reports.
Design with the purpose to always evolve and protect the brand.
Translate internal client needs and branding strategies into meaningful design solutions.
Collaborate with the team and contribute to the creative process with a solution-oriented mindset.
Work with Creative Lab, operations, and other marketing professionals to bring ideas to life
Work with a team of motion designers to provide design direction, storyboard on animated videos/motion graphics.
Qualifications:
​A strong portfolio (1-4 years' work experience)
Advanced experience in graphic design - print and digital
Passion for design, animation, and everything that will bring an idea to life
Total fluency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, XD and Illustrator. After Effects, and Premiere would be a plus)
Keep an eye on the details, communicating with the team throughout the project, organization, and multitasking
Ability to own and solve problems
Excellent organizational skills: strong time management and file management
Accuracy and attention to detail
Deadline-oriented and able to handle a fast-paced environment
Ability to take feedback with a positive attitude and make edits quickly
Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines easily
Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
Experience working as part of a team
Experience working under a set of brand guidelines
