The Creative Designer Spec 1 will be required to work on diverse creative projects and will be responsible for developing graphics for print, web, social media and basic video creation. This role requires experience with a wide range of work including logo creation and development, corporate and marketing collateral, events materials, advertisements and related material in print digital and video.
The person may also be assigned as a dedicated or shared resource depending on the ramp of projects.
Core Functions:
Execution of Creative Design processes at standard
Knowledge of and perform the department's set processes.
Maintain capabilities required at Spec Level (GWC)
Exhibit willingness to further develop his/her skills and learn from mentors
Day-to-day client communications
Quality work within standard Turnaround Time
Meet the desired expectations and delivery of both client and Team Leader
Participate in awards and competitions
Back-up of KA Clients
Bachelor's / College Degree preferably Fine Arts or Multimedia Arts or related degree
2+ years design experience within an agency, design studio or related industry
Strong working knowledge of graphics and design fundamentals
Attention to detail with a creative and artistic ability
Basic technical skills
Mastery of skills enough to require supervision
Ability to manage a diverse workload
